Porsche is working on the renovation of the 911 model. It will be ready to hit the market in 2015. The changes will include a new front bumper and grille and new LED lights integrated in the headlights. The rear end also features a new bumper with horizontal air ducts that output the air taken from the front grille.
The company is currently testing the car on Nurburgring, and according to the report on Autoblog the updated version will be equipped with a new front air ducts that will change their position or completely close to improve the aerodynamics of the vehicle.
The drive will come from the updated six-cylinder engines, which have direct fuel injection and a volume of 3.6 or 3.8 liters. They will now meet the new environmental standards Euro 6 and will be equipped with new, more efficient cooling system.
In the range of the updated models the 911 GTS will be included, which will be available with a slightly more powerful engine than the 911 Carrera S, generating 425 horsepower.
